Many of the paintings that are featured at Blue Moon Beach Grill are by local artist, Kim McCoy. Easily recognized by her "happy" acrylic/latex paintings on pine boards, we are happy to display Kim’s great paintings. Kim’s work is sold here on the Outer Banks, as well as in Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nantucket, Washington DC, the Chesapeake Bay region, and Florida. She has just completed her second season with her own gallery. It features her own work, as well as her husband's cottage style furniture and carvings. Prices are marked and if you are interested in purchasing one of Kim’s paintings please talk to your server.
“How to Live on an Island” features a unique picture of crab buoys and a whimsical, but philosophical look at life here on the Outer Banks. Blue Moon co-owner, Will Shields sells these framed pictures for $50.00 each.
